How we see leadership differently:

  • Leadership is collective. Leadership is not about a role; it’s about stepping up to what needs doing. 
  • Leadership always happens in relationships.  
  • Leadership doesn’t reside in people; it resides in relationships.
  • Leadership only happens when there are leaders, followers, and a shared endeavor or purpose. It can only be resolved through collaboration.       
  • Leadership capacities and capabilities are more important than competencies.
  • Leadership is always enacted and embodied. It’s not done by good intentions and plans; it’s done by actions.
  • Leadership development happens live, in engagement.
