The Unbound aerial yoga workshop is an invitation to meet yourself — all of yourself. It’s where you come face-to-face with your resistance, anxiety, and fear — and then move through it to discover lightness, ease, and joy. In the space between tension and surrender, you learn what you’re capable of. This isn’t about perfect poses; it’s about feeling deeply and discovering strength in unexpected places.
